Limited Nature of Fulfillment
At Legacy Merchandise, LLC, we take pride in offering exclusive, high-quality products. Due to the limited nature and exclusivity of our offerings, all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on any items, with the exception of special circumstances as detailed below.

Damaged Goods
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. We require photographic evidence of the damage for verification. Upon review, if your claim is validated, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged item.

Non-Delivery
In the rare event that your order is not delivered, please reach out to us. We will investigate the matter and, if we confirm non-delivery, we will provide a suitable resolution. This may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the specific circumstances and product availability.
